Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the purchased service must present technical problems or bugs.

We will not be held liable if the minimum technical requirements are not met by your hosting, server or provider..

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Our refund policies only allow the return of payment for technical problems related to the purchased product or service.

We will provide free initial assistance in case of problems and for the first installation, to check for technical problems and bugs or other problems beyond our responsibility.

Once the problem has been verified and the refund has been approved, we will refund the amount paid within 24/48h.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
